Organizational Development
Along with general HR Services, we also provide services that include:
- Organizational Development Services: By working with each department individually, addressing individual needs, we can
assist in creating and changing the University’s culture so that people are better
able to achieve the overall mission
- Organizational Effectiveness Services: We assist with process improvements and organizational efficiencies, by developing
and assisting with the utilization of tools for purposes of working more effectively
and capturing institutional knowledge
- Training and Development: We provide training opportunities that enable employees, at all levels, to develop
the skills and competence needed to be successful in their chosen careers or prepare
for new responsibilities by participating in a variety of developmental programs.
- Leadership, Employee and Team Development: We provide interactive workshops and customized work sessions to provide valuable
insights into workplace behavior, employee motivation and individual strengths and
developmental needs.
Workshops & Seminars
The Office of Human Resources will provide training opportunities that enable employees,
at all levels, to develop the skills and competence needed to be successful in their
chosen careers or prepare for new responsibilities. We will offer both developmental
programs and wellness seminars.
